The BR50 (Bench Rest 50M) Competition                                                                                     (Previous Results)

 

 Firearm - Any 22RF rifle. Any Sights. Bipods, slings or other artificial supports are allowed. 25 rounds required, plus 10 sighters.

 

Target - NRA PL15 x 6

 

Scoring - Best 3 groups (irrespective of place on target) will be measured (in mm), and added together. Lowest accumulated group size for 3 x 5 shot groups wins. Target must not have less that 5 shots on it, to count.

 

Procedure -  Note - There must be 5 shots at each of the 5 targets. (less that 5 defaults to a score of 100mm)

• At 50M – 10 sighting shots in 5 minutes on nominated sighting target (unconvertable)

• At 50M – 5 shots at each one of 5 targets – all within 25 minutes.  Shooter must get smallest size group, rather than highest score.
